Last week we looked at the story Goldilocks and the Three Bears. We had a big discussion about Goldilocks' actions and realised she probably could've made better choices. We also read the Jolly Postman or Other People's Letters by Janet and Allan Ahlberg. Inside we found a letter written from Goldilocks to the Three Bears expressing how sorry she was. Take a look below and see what it said:
We decided to put ourselves in her position and write a letter to the three bears. So we all became Goldilocks and got into character to write our apology letter. Whilst we were writing our letters, Mr Fuller came into our class. He was so proud and amazed with our work that he came back and gave us all a sticker. Some of us chose to stick it on our work and some of us wore it proudly on our shirt. Our letters are on display in our classroom for you to come and read.
We were a little bit excited to get the stickers!
