Arcade Games

Last week our buddy class invited us to play with some arcade games which they had created with the extremely talented Mr Seinor during their Technology and Enterprise lessons. Some designs were absolutely flawless and all the games were very enjoyable! Take a look at how talented our big waves are.

We're going on a shape hunt...

Welcome to term 4! We still have a lot of learning to do and we are beginning by discovering 3D shapes and objects in maths. Last week we went on a shape hunt to look for 3D shapes in our school environment. The most common shapes that we found were rectangular prisms and cylinders. We did struggle to find cones but luckily as we were walking back to class we found a cone shape on top of the circus tent in our wet area! 

We will continue learning about 3D shapes and their features for the next couple of weeks.
