100th Day of School

On Monday we celebrated the 100th day of school! We started keeping track of the number of days we attended school from day one. The anticipation leading up to this day was high so we used this day to celebrate various mathematical and literacy concepts that can be taught using the number 100.

Scitech Investigation

Last week we had a wonderful presenter come to our school all the way from Scitech. She conducted a science investigation with our class to find out "What happens to the distance of the rocket when we change how hard we hit it?". We had a great time predicting, planning and experimenting.
