Little waves, Big achievements

This morning the year ones were not only dazzling, but delightful and divine! It was my absolute pleasure watching your children perform today and I have to say what an achievement that is for year ones this early in the year. A lot of students overcame personal goals to stand in front of the whole school and perform- we owe a lot of our confidence to our equally talented and amazing Room 17.

During the past few weeks it has been an honour watching how gentle, kind and supportive Room 17 have been with their little waves. They truly are a remarkable class who have entertained us with many skits and jokes.

I hope you enjoyed the assembly and was as proud as I was to watch them act, sing, dance and laugh. Below are some photos from this morning. A video (with many thanks to Dylan from Room 17) will be uploaded to this post once it has been edited. I would also like to invite any parents who would like to me share any photos from the day to email me at nadean.rifai@education.wa.edu.au

A big thank you to Miss Chalkley for helping the little waves look amazing by creating the wonderful tie dye shirts.

Golden Broom Winners- a very proud moment for Room 6 and a first for Y.B.P.S. Thank you to our wonderful cleaner Sophia for choosing our class for this award and for your visit in the afternoon with our treats!
